Torbreck The Steading GSM 2015 3L Jeroboam
The Torbreck Steading GSM 2015 3L Jeroboam from the Barossa Valley will go down as one of the greats. The Steading is the wine that exemplifies Torbreck’s philosophy and beliefs; protecting and nurturing the old vine resources of the Barossa Valley back to life to make this Grenache, Shiraz and Mataro blend. The Steading GSM is rich full-bodied and packed full of flavour, all in a magnificent Jeroboam so whatever the event, everyone will get a glass or three.
Deep ruby red, Torbreck The Steading is a blend of Grenache, Shiraz and Mataro the shows a full spectrum of red, blue and black berries that are complemented by a spicy savoury palate. Very ‘Burgundian' in style, the palate is elegant and pure with subtle notes of crushed cherries, earth and cedar all neatly wound by a taut spine of acidity and ripe supple tannins. Extra nice drinking with some Teriyaki beef.
