Tasting notes
The wine is deep ruby in colour and full of regional expression. The nose is concentrated and elegant, a youthful bouquet tamed by gentle and well-structured oak. The palate continues the drinker on this journey: generous cassis surrounds a heart of dark fruits. Classic savoury tannins hang from perfect oak, resulting in a tight and well-defined finish that is extraordinarily satisfying.
