In Japanese, Roku translates as the number six, which is the number of Japanese grown botanicals in Roku Japanese Botanical Gin. Each of these botanicals, including refined green tea and Sanshō pepper, is harvested at its peak and distilled to capture its unique contribution to Roku Gin. The dominant flavour of this exquisite craft gin comes from Yuzu peel, grapefruit-like citrus, and Roku’s smooth and silky texture makes it an amazing cocktail party guest in a Martini, Gin & Tonic or Gimlet.

Tasting notes
Nose: Cherry blossom and green tea provide a floral and sweet aroma.
Palate: Complex, multi layered, yet harmonious flavour of various botanicals. Traditional gin taste in the base, plus characteristic Japanese botanical notes with yuzu as the top note. Smooth and silky texture.
Finish: The crisp Japanese sansho pepper brings a little spiciness to the finish.
