Mt Difficulty has committed to the sustainable, conservation lifestyle when producing their wines. Their winery is known to be a low energy winery with the policy of always seeking out innovative technology to stay ahead and focus on long term sustainability. They are now in the process of converting all their vineyards to growing organic grapes as their next step to protecting this earth.
2016 Pinot Gris was harvested from a slightly warmer vintage, resulting in aromas of ripe white peach and nectarine with creamy and textured flavours of ripe peach on the palate.
