VIRGIN POMEGRANATE MOJITO

Ingredients


  • 60mls Pomegranate juice
  • ½ Lime, cut in wedges
  • 8 Mint leaves
  • 250mls Capi Soda Water
  • Pomegranate seeds to garnish (optional)

Method


  • Muddle watermelon and lime in a cocktail shaker until all the juice is released from the watermelon.
  • Clap the mint leaves together in your hands to release the scent and add it to the watermelon mixture.
  • Add a few ice cubes, replace the lid and shake well.
  • Strain into an ice filled glass and top with Mt Franklin Lightly Sparkling Lime Spring Water.
  • Add a splash of apple cider vinegar (if you feel like it!).
  • Garnish with a lime wheel and extra mint.

Tip: Not sweet enough? Add a couple of drops of liquid stevia or your choice of sweetener.


ALCOHOL FREE MIMOSA

Ingredients


Method


  • Add equal amounts orange juice and Edenvale Sparkling Cuvee to a champagne flute, garnish with orange or strawberries and serve.

MINDFULL GREEN

Ingredients


  • 10 Green grapes
  • 4cms Cucumber, grated
  • ½ Granny Smith apple, grated
  • ETCH ZST

  • Muddle grapes, cucumber and apple together, until the grapes are broken and juice is released.
  • Strain mixture into a glass and add ice.
  • Top with ETCH ZST.
  • Garnish and serve.

Tip: If you don't have a muddler, use the back end of a wooden spoon or similar.


WATERMELON BURST

Ingredients


Method

  • Clap the mint leaves together in your hands to release the scent and add it to the watermelon mixture.
  • Add a few ice cubes, replace the lid and shake well.
  • Strain into an ice filled glass and top with Mt Franklin Lightly Sparkling Lime Spring Water.
  • Add a splash of apple cider vinegar (if you feel like it!).
  • Garnish with a lime wheel and extra mint.

Tip: Don't have a shaker? Use a mason jar or anything with a tight lid. If you don't have a muddler, use the back end of a wooden spoon or similar.
