Maidenii Dry Vermouth 750ml
Maidenii takes its name from Joseph Maiden 1859 - 1925 who championed the eucalypt and the acacia and delved deeply into the oft-neglected wealth of Australian botanical novelty, finding value and beauty where others saw none. French winemaker Gille Lapalus and Australian bartender Shaun Byrne, have worked carefully to capture the natural flavours - which include wormwood and wine sourced from Victoria to make their vermouths. Their Maidenii Dry Vermouth has nine key botanicals and is designed with the classic dry Martini in mind so try it at one part to three parts of your favourite gin.
This dry Vermouth from Maidenii has the flavour of the Voignier wine base with equal billing for citrus, mint, dried fruit and the many botanicals and starts with a marzipan note finishing long and bitter.
