Lark Symphony Nº1 100ml. Nose: Fresh mango, toasted pineapple, orange, vanilla and tangerines. Luscious and fruity. Palate: Peaches, apricot, even more mango, and sweet Tasmanian apples dipped in toffee. Finish: Fresh fruit and citrus. This whisky has length, poise and balance.

Sherry Aged & Sherry Finished II Nose: Wonderfully full, sweet and aromatic. Dried figs, glace orange slices, tiramisu, roasted hazelnuts and chocolate covered candied ginger. Palate: Sticky sherry and sweet spiced oak. Juicy muscatels and honeyed almonds immediately followed by a burst of fresh salinity and bright grapefruit acidity. Finish: Long, warm and woody. Raisins, candied peel, dark chocolate and old saddle leather.

Lark Christmas Cask 100ml. Nose: Sweet mandarin and decadent caramel leads into biscuits and figs. Maple syrup drizzled over pancakes topped with cinnamon and nutmeg. Palate: Orange peel-infused caramel pudding topped with spices. Dried fruits play off the rich, earthy oak. Finish: Christmas cake in a glass.
