Tasting notes
Grant Burge 'Shadrach' Cabernet Sauvignon 2010 is one of the Barossa’s mainstay Cabernet Sauvignon wines based primarily on Eden Valley and Southern Barossa Valley fruit around Lyndoch. It is aged for around 21 months in new and seasoned French oak. Typically, the wine is deep-coloured with developed ripe blackcurrant, dark chocolate, earthy, cedar, sage aromas and flavours with plentiful fine grained tannins. It has been beautifully aged to enjoy now over a special meal or if entertaining.
