Founded in 1815, Dolin is among the few remaining independent producers of Vermouth and the last producing Vermouth de Chambery, still made according to the principles which earned Chambery, France's only A.O. The sweet, pale ‘Blanc’ variety of vermouth was first created by Dolin in Chambéry long before Italian producers replicated the style as ‘Bianco’. Dolin Vermouth Blanc’s light and slight vanilla flavour make it perfect in a Blond Negroni and it’s a great partner to silver tequila and other clear spirits.

Tasting notes
Lovely and clear in the glass, Dolin Vermouth Blanc has a nose of mountain flora and citrus. On the palate, it is beautifully harmonious, with aromas of flowering broom and elderberry which give way to fresh almond and peach.
