The vineyards at La Gordonne date back to the 1st century BC, when the Romans settled on the lands through the estate takes its name from Conseiller de Gourdon who purchased the vineyards and olive trees around 1650. One of the most significant properties in Provence, Chateau La Gordonne has been a commercial wine producer since the mid-1800s. Chateau La Gordonne Rosé is a stunning Provence wine that is exclusively harvested under darkness to protect the quality of the fruit for its pure flavours and fresh aromas. You can drink it any time of day or night safe in the knowledge the genuine flavours and fresh aromas are there.
Very pale pink, Chateau La Gordonne Rosé has intense red berries with a hint of pink grapefruit citrus follow from nose to palate with a deliciously long soft finish. This lovely light rosé will go a treat with salad nicoise or even a fruit salad.
