Chandon Brut VINTAGE 2015
Chandon is the Aussie descendant of Moet and Chandon, so it is no surprise that Chandon Brut Vintage is an exceptional sparkling wine. Like its Brut Vintage Rosé, the grapes are sourced exclusively from their estate cool-climate vineyards in Victoria's Strathbogie Ranges, Whitlands Plateau and the Yarra Valley. Its fine bubbles are mesmerising, and your guests could be excused for thinking you’ve splashed out on French Champagne.
A generously flavoured sparkling wine that displays freshness, elegance and complexity. Silky and refined in texture with delicious aromas of pie crust and tinned peaches. The palate shows flavours of summer berries, citrus blossom and marzipan rising into a wonderfully long and refreshing finish making it a great match for sashimi and sushi.

Pale, bright straw-green; a blend of chardonnay, pinot noir and pinot meunier from a range of unspecified regions, and while bottle-fermented, does not specify the time on lees prior to disgorgement; is harmonious, and while fruit-driven, there is a touch of leesy brioche on the finish.
