Our hub is our Ultimo HQ – home to our office, warehouse and uber-cool tasting room. And of course, no week at Shorty’s is complete without Wine Wednesday – our together time to taste what's new, explore the intricacies of wine and develop our palates.

Based in cosmopolitan Ultimo, located just five minutes from Sydney CBD, our open-plan office is adjacent to where all the action happens in our warehouse. HQ is anchored by our in-house tasting room where you will find many of the team catching up over their beverage of choice from the fully stocked open bar. Many of our drivers enjoy a cold beer or kombucha after a long day delivering beverages to our clients and often arrive back to a Friday cocktail made by our Sales and Marketing teams. Wine Wednesday is a key component of the week, enabling the team to taste what's new, explore the intricacies of wine and develop their palate.

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE / RECEIVABLE OFFICER - PT
Reports to the Commercial Manager
Assist with processing accounts receivable transactions including:
Customer receipting and processing
Reconciliation of the daily bank statements
Follow up of outstanding customer invoices
Preparing and distributing customer statements on a monthly basis
Monitor and action the AR email
Assist with the processing of accounts payable transactions:
Entry and review of supplier invoices
Review and preparation of payment of supplier invoices for weekly payment runs
Reconciliation of supplier statements on a monthly basis
Monitoring and actioning the AP email
Minimum of 3 years experience
Ability to handle sensitive information
Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced team environment
Team-oriented and customer-focused
An accountable and results-driven attitude
DRIVER - CASUAL
Reports to the Operations Manager
Daily delivery of beverages to corporate clients
Strict adherence to QA policies
Clean and professional presentation of company vehicle at all times
Accept and report feedback from clients
Current drivers license
