Andrew's tasting notes describe are a deep crimson coloured Shiraz.
  • Tasting notes
Deep crimson colour. Intense dark mulberry, blackberry aromas and savoury oak complexity. The palate is generous yet elegantly styled with saturated blackberry, mulberry flavours, liquorice nuances, fine grained tannins and underlying new oak. It finishes clean chalky firm with persistent fruit.

Vintage 2014 - Such a precise wine for the Barossa, almost delicate you might say. Raspberry, boysenberry, pecan, praline - all perfumed and spiced. Medium boded with gently fine grained tannin, bell clear acidity that rings true through the wine, juicy fresh faced berry flavours and a very long precise finish with something of a new leather perfume in the aftertaste. Superb to drink.
