Bird in Hand
Bird in Hand Sauvignon Blanc 2019
Located on the site of a former dairy farm, Bird in Hand set up shop in 1997 with the intention of crafting outstanding cool climate wines in Adelaide Hills. Judging by the impressive number of awards the winery picks up year after year, it looks like winemaker Kym Milne and his team have succeeded! The stunning 2018 Sauvignon Blanc joins the ranks of award winners in the Bird in Hand portfolio. Get ready to fall in love with Sauv Blanc all over again.
This award-winning Sauvignon Blanc boasts an incredibly aromatic profile mingling fresh herbs with perfumed passionfruit and ruby red grapefruit. On the palate, you'll experience a tropical hit of pineapple and juicy, ripe melon. Vibrant, crisp acidity slices through these ripe flavours to create a balanced wine with an outrageously long finish that leaves you craving another sip.
