Billecart-Salmon Brut Reserve NV Not Gift Boxed
In 1818 Nicolas Billecart married Elizabeth Salmon and founded Billecart-Salmon and is one of a very few Champagne houses that is still family-owned today. Every vintage and every Cuvee from this Champagne house speaks of the Billecart-Salmon philosophy - fruit, freshness, and acidity. Sublimely crafted flavours married with excellent structure, balance and texture make this Champagne a steal for its price point and delivered in an elegant black, and silver Billecart-Salmon branded box for elegant gifting.
With a blend of around 40% Pinot Meunier, 25% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir and about 20% reserve wines, this exquisite Brut Reserve NV by Billecart-Salmon delivers fragrances of fresh-cut apples and creamy lemon curd, followed by a clean, crisp palate layered with pear, peach and cedar with touches of honey and cream. It can be served both as an aperitif and will keep canapés in great company.

Tyson Stelzer, The Champagne Guide
A fragrant bouquet has an air of lemon blossom and lemon meringue. Subtle white summer fruits, pears, lemons and grapefruits carry a low profile across the palate, lingering long and clean amidst dazzling minerality and a fine bead. A subtle dosage of 8g/L of sweetness integrates subtly into the wine. Thanks to this wine, elegant champagne is again within reach virtually everywhere this year – and sometimes under $60!
